12 of our students from Transition year and Fifth year are currently in Tanzania as part of an ongoing project that started last year with letter writing to tour guides from Kilimanjaro. Students have been visiting wildlife parks to feed animals, visiting hot springs, on coffee tours to see how beans are harvested and much more. They have also visited Stella Maris primary school and took part in their sports day. Today our kids visited some of the recipients of the wheelchairs they fundraised for. Johnson from MAISHA outreach organisation met students earlier in the week to explain the back stories of some of the children. We can’t wait for our students to return to tell us all about it!
