+ Do I need to create a profile?
In order to receive more relevant push notifications targeted at specific year groups or user groups, you would need a profile. Also, we may now or in the future restrict certain access to specific user groups and verified users. We would then verify your profile and grant you access to sections and content in the app specific to your user category (i.e. parents, students, staff etc.)
+ Can I use the app without a profile?
Yes - you can still benefit from most communication channels even without creating a profile. You will still be able to receive general push notifications about news and events and access a lot of content on the app but to access certain sections, you may need to create a profile. Also, without a profile, you may not receive specific, targeted year group or user group push notifications that would be relevant to you.
+ What happens after I create a profile?
We will verify your profile and credentials and then grant you access to restricted content and include you in the relevant user groups (i.e. whether you are a parent, student or staff member)
