Bhí Seachtain na Gaeilge ar siúl inár scoil ón 6ú go dtí an 10ú Márta i mbliana. Is féile idirnáisiúnta Ghaeilge í Seachtain na Gaeilge. Déanann an fhéile iarracht chun an Ghaeilge a spreagadh, chomh maith lenár gcultúr agus gach rud a bhaineann leis. Bíonn an fhéile ar siúl i dtíortha ar fud an domhain, ní hamháin in Éirinn. Bhí neart imeachtaí agus spraoi againn le linn na seachtaine ag spreagadh na Gaeilge timpeall na scoile.

ERASMUS Poland Trip

On Wednesday 8th March 2023, 8 TY students; Caoimhe Hayden, Molly O’Donovan, Nikola Wojnar, Sinead Hynes, Deewon Mohammad, Naoise Sloane, Tadhg Cronin and Tom O’Rielly travelled to Barlinek, Poland with teachers Ms Joanne McCarthy and Ms Mairead Dullea. This exchange was the final mobility as part of the ERASMUSPLUS project ‘’Challenges, Choices, Change - Our Mutual Footprint’’.

Ireland & Italy IT Erasmus+ Exchange

Three Italian IT students, Gianmarco, Riccardo and Fredirco are on placement at Kinsale Community School are making a real impact on the school's computer science department. The students work closely with the IT Coordinator, Eddie Farren and Head Of Computer Science Aaron Bowan, to enhance their skills and knowledge while contributing to the school's technology initiatives.

KCS Alumni interview with Rachel Moloney

Kinsale Community School’s Alumni Coordinator Diarmaid O’ Donovan, was delighted to recently catch up with past pupil Rachel Moloney. Rachel is a former Senior Cork Camogie player, winning All-Ireland senior medals in 2008 and 2009. She was also an All-Star winner in 2005, 2008 and 2009!
